From SARMAD

A table at dusk

A shared meal can give an evening its shape without filling every hour.

The evening table begins with a simple thought: make room for conversation. A low light, useful tableware and a menu that tells you what is being served are enough to set the scene.

The SARMAD dining concept favours a few considered dishes over an elaborate performance. Roasted vegetables, rice and warm bread suggest a generous shared table, with dates and something sweet to finish.

Actual dishes, ingredients and allergen information would be agreed with the operating kitchen. Here the table is an original brand concept, expressed through imagery, menu artwork and considered guest language.

Shape your stay

Two nights, three evenings, or a little longer.

How a stay takes shape

1. Choose your space

Courtyard, Ridge or Horizon: compare the room size, guest capacity and kind of privacy you prefer.

2. Give the stay its rhythm

Two, three or five nights. The longer the stay, the more hours you can leave open.

3. Shape a stay outline

Use the local stay planner to combine a room, guests and nights. It creates a personal outline without making a reservation.
